[ so this is awkward. like actually super awkward. because allison's relationship to dean before had been a spur of the moment, ankle-deep in zombie guts sort of bonding. it had been a moment of weakness on her part and his acceptance of that, understanding of it. she didn't have to say anything, before, because he just got it because he was a hunter and knew what wonderland was like.
but this isn't that dean. this dean doesn't know her, but this dean is still dean. still a hunter. still someone she respected and (maybe a little) looked up to and still, still, would be an important person to at least have ties to.

[That John Blake guy had said get in touch with some guy named Dean Winchester (seriously, what is up with these people and names - even Tony and his terrible memory of them finds them all easy to remember), so that's exactly what he's doing, after making sure a few things on his end are secure and that JARVIS is recording the data.
