How is Benny different? Because he was your friend? Pretty subjective. I'm not saying I trust the guy completely or even that we're best friends or anything, but he's the best shot we've got when it comes to dealing with Klaus. They have a sister here now, too. He's gone out of his way to protect me more than once when all I'd done was threaten him. He taught us about vervain, and the white ash daggers, and what NOT to waste our time with. Told us how to protect ourselves and take out his brother even though it meant revealing his own weaknesses, too. Oh, yeah. He's a real monster.
Or maybe I'm the only one around here treating all of this like it should be treated. And if I did know anything then you have to trust me when I say he's exactly where he belongs.
